Barbara Tosi
Project support for research and innovation – CGreen Management Board member
Economist, expert in territorial development and business administration, since 2016 she is Director of IBIS Consortium from Novara. She has been working for years in the field of europlanning, supporting companies to find sources of funding for the implementation of their activities, as well as in the design, organization of partnerships, management and reporting of proposals at local, regional, national and European calls.


Bruno Bellone
Project support for research and innovation – CGreen Management Board member
Since 1996, he has been working in the PST Spa in Valle Scrivia in charge of the external relations. He has contributed to the realization of several technology transfer projects connecting companies and universities. In PST Spa, he also deals with corporate affairs, public financing, reporting and projects for the establishment of innovative companies. Since 2009, he has collaborated in the establishment, management and development of the POLIBRE Innovation Pole.
Susana Remotti
Communication and Accounting. CGreen Management Board member – Proplast Cluster manager
She is graduated in Graphic Design and Communication. She has been working in Proplast since 2006, always dealing with projects financed at regional, national and European level. Since 2009, she has collaborated in the management of the New Materials and Innovation Cluster in Proplast, and since 2016, she has become a member of the Management Board of the CGreen Cluster. In Proplast, she supports the research group in the presentation of projects, and is manager of projects submitted to European Cluster Calls. In CGreen, she is in charge of the communication and networking activities, as well as supporting companies in the presentation and reporting of funded projects.


Giorgio Boero
Project support for research and innovation – CGreen Technical and Scientific Board member – Proplast Cluster & Collaborative Research Manager
Since 2018, after a long experience in the research centre of a car manufacturer in charge of research and innovation activities, and project dissemination and management, he has been working in Proplast. In Proplast, he is responsible of collaborative research projects, organizing and managing regional and national financed projects. In addition, he coordinates thematic round tables, workshops and seminars specially focused on plastics materials sector. In CGreen, he is in contact with cluster members in order to support them in Regional calls for proposal scouting as well as in the definition of partnerships. In addition he is Technical and Scientific Board member.
Marco Monti
Project support for research and innovation, Internationalization – Proplast R&D Project Manager
He obtained his degree in Materials Engineering in 2005 and his PhD in Material Nanotechnology in 2009 at University of Perugia, where he kept working as a postdoc researcher until 2011. Since 2011, he has been working in Proplast as a R&D project manager of applied research projects. Since 2016, he is member of the Cluster management team with special focus on internationalization activities and supports companies in the presentation and writing of funded projects.


Puja Irene Lo Monaco
Events and communication
Communication Science graduate, a newcomer to Proplast since 2023, is in charge of external communication and events area. She manages the Proplast and CGreen websites, graphics and mailings, as well as the publication of articles, members’ page and social media. She also organizes and manages Proplast and CGreen events and trade fairs, taking care of all the promotional aspects.
Marta Zaccone
New projects and technology transfer support for CGREEN Cluster and Proplast
Graduated in Materials Science and Engineering, she obtained her PhD in Materials Science Engineering at the Polytechnic of Turin in 2018. Since 2012 she has been working as a researcher at the Proplast Consortium, where she has been involved in the technical management of research and innovation projects and now in collaborative research, construction and presentation of projects with national and regional funding and technology transfer. It supports the companies of the Pole in the presentation and writing of funded projects.
